this fear..i want it to go away..

i read a bad news as i browse through fb.. someone i know passed away this morning. it was so sudden, and bad. he got killed in an accident. as soon as i read about the news, i feel scared all of the sudden. Feels like the fear that's been haunting me all those time back then came back to haunt me..i hate this feeling i'm having right now...
